3. No Direct Transactions
Big-Z does not process payments, facilitate direct sales, or take any commission on transactions. All pricing, negotiation, and payment happens directly between the buyer or resident and the seller or service provider. Big-Z is not a party to any such transaction and accepts no liability for disputes arising from them.
4. Buyer and Requester Responsibilities
Anyone submitting a product or service request through this platform confirms they are making a genuine enquiry. Submitting false, misleading, or spam requests is not permitted and may result in your contact details being blocked from the platform.
5. Service Providers
Service providers registered on this platform have submitted identity and character documents for verification. However, Big-Z does not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any service provided. Residents are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any service provider introduced through this platform.
6. Privacy
Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
